On or about Tuesday, April 5th, 2022, around 8:24 at night, a serious car accident left one individual dead. Representatives from the Travis County Sheriff’s Office said the accident was reported along Farm-to-Market Road 812 near the intersection with Foy Road in Austin, Texas.
Officers from the Austin Police Department said one as-of-yet unidentified individual was killed when a vehicle crashed under unspecified conditions on FM 812. Emergency responders pronounced the victim dead of their injuries a short time after they responded to the accident, but authorities did not indicate which vehicle the victim was in at the time of the accident.
According to Google Maps, the intersection of FM 812 and Foy Road is on the southeast side of Austin.
