On or about Monday, December 6th, 2021, around 10:00 at night, a major motor vehicle accident left at least one individual dead. Deputies from the Madison County Sheriff’s Office said the accident was reported at the intersection of State Highway 21 West and Hollis Road in North Zulch, Texas.
Law enforcement officials said at least one as-of-yet unidentified individual was killed when the vehicle they were in crashed under unspecified circumstances at or near the intersection of State Highway 21 West and Hollis Road. Paramedics pronounced at least one person dead a short time after the collision. Officials have not released any more details pertaining to the accident.
According to Google Maps, North Zulch is about 105 miles north of downtown Houston.
Deputies from the Madison County Sheriff’s Office assisted Texas DPS after the accident.
