Details:
On or about Sunday, January 23rd, 2022, sometime in the early morning hours, a serious single-vehicle rollover accident left one individual dead. Spokespeople from the Department of Public Safety said the accident was reported along State Highway 32 near the exchange with County Road 240 in Rusk County, Texas.
Texas DPS officials said one as-of-yet unidentified individual was killed when the vehicle they were in allegedly veered off the side of the road and rolled a short distance off the pavement of Highway 32. Emergency responders pronounced the victim dead of their injuries a short time after they arrived at the scene.
According to Google Maps, the scene of the accident is a short distance from Henderson, which is roughly 136 miles southeast of Dallas.
Police are still investigating.
