Details:
On or about January 20th, 2022, around 9:45 at night, an accident between a pedestrian and a passenger vehicle left one person dead. Deputies from the Harris County Sheriff’s Office said the accident was reported along North State Highway 6 in Houston, Texas.
Officers from the Houston Police Department said an as-of-yet unidentified 40-year-old man was killed when he was allegedly hit by a vehicle as he was walking alongside or tried to cross the lanes of Highway 6. Paramedics pronounced the victim dead a short time after they arrived at the scene.
Police are still investigating the accident.
