On or about Wednesday, June 1st, 2022, around 8:30 at night, an accident between a passenger vehicle and a pedestrian left one woman dead. Deputies from the Bexar County Sheriff’s Office said the accident was reported along Interstate 10 in San Antonio, Texas.
Law enforcement representatives from the San Antonio Police Department said one as-of-yet unidentified woman was killed when she was allegedly hit by a passing vehicle while she was walking alongside or made an attempt to cross I-10. Emergency responders pronounced the woman dead of her injuries a short time after the accident.
According to Google Maps, the scene of the accident is not far from Parkdale, on the north side of San Antonio.
Authorities are still looking into the accident.
