Details:
On or about Thursday, May 19th, 2022, around 2:00 in the morning, a major single-vehicle car accident left one woman dead. Representatives from the Bexar County Sheriff’s Office said the accident was reported along Interstate 35 near the exchange with Binz-Engleman in San Antonio, Texas.
Troopers from the Texas Department of Public Safety said one as-of-yet unidentified woman was killed when the vehicle she was in allegedly drove off the side of the road and crashed along I-35. Emergency responders pronounced the woman in the car dead of her injuries a short time after they responded to the scene of the incident.
According to Google Maps, the exchange of Interstate 35 and Binz-Engleman is on the east side of San Antonio.
Officials are still investigating the crash.
