Details:
On or about Tuesday, June 14th, 2022, around 6:00 in the morning, an accident between a pedestrian and a passenger vehicle left one person dead. Troopers from the Department of Public Safety said the accident was reported along Interstate 35 in Round Rock, Texas.
Authorities from the Texas DPS said one as-of-yet unidentified individual was killed when they were allegedly hit by a passing motorist as they were walking near or tried to cross Interstate 35. Emergency responders pronounced the pedestrian dead a short time after they responded to the accident.
According to Google Maps, the scene of the incident is not far from the exchange with Grand Avenue Parkway.
Police are still looking into the accident.
