On or about Thursday, May 19th, 2022, around 2:00 in the morning, a serious single-vehicle car accident left one person dead. Deputies from the Bexar County Sheriff’s Office said the accident was reported along the Interstate 35 service road in San Antonio, Texas.
Officers from the San Antonio Police Department said one as-of-yet unidentified individual was killed when the passenger vehicle they were in allegedly veered off the side of the road and crashed a short distance off the pavement. Emergency responders pronounced one person in the car dead of their injuries at the scene of the accident.
According to Google Maps, the scene of the crash is on the east side of San Antonio.
Officials are still working to determine what may have caused the accident.
