Details:
On or about Sunday, April 3rd, 2022, around 12:00 in the morning, a major accident between a pedestrian and a passenger vehicle left one man dead. Authorities from the Harris County Sheriff’s Office said the accident was reported along the North Freeway near Greens Road in Houston, Texas.
Authorities from the Houston Police Department said one as-of-yet unidentified individual was killed when they were allegedly hit by a vehicle as they were walking alongside or made an attempt to cross the lanes of the North Freeway. Emergency responders pronounced the victim dead of their injuries a short time after the accident.
According to Google Maps, the exchange of the North Freeway and Greens Road is on the far north side of Houston.
Officials are still examining what may have caused the accident.
