On or about Thursday, June 2nd, 2022, around 8:25 at night, a serious single-vehicle car accident left a 68-year-old man dead. Deputies from the Harris County Sheriff’s Office said the accident was reported along North Loop East in Houston, Texas.
Officers the Houston Police Department said an as-of-yet unidentified 68-year-old man was killed when the SUV he was driving allegedly drove off the side of North Loop East and crashed into a barrier a short distance off the pavement. Emergency responders pronounced the driver of the vehicle dead of his injuries a short time after they arrived at the scene of the incident.
According to Google Maps, the scene of the crash is not far from Highway 610.
Multiple agencies responded to assist after the accident.
