On or about Saturday, December 4th, 2021, around 6:00 in the evening, a serious single-vehicle car accident left one individual dead. Deputies from the Harris County Sheriff’s Department said the accident was reported in the 7800 block of Richmond Avenue in Houston, Texas.
Officers from the Houston Police Department said one as-of-yet unidentified individual was killed when the car they were in allegedly drove off the side of Richmond Avenue and slammed into a tree a short distance off the pavement. Paramedics rushed the driver of the car to Memorial Herman – Texas Medical Center Hospital where he succumbed to his injuries a short time after his arrival.
According to Google Maps, the scene of the accident is situated on the west side of Houston.
Officials are still investigating the accident.
