On or about Sunday, April 24th, 2022, around 7:10 in the morning, a serious single-vehicle car accident left a 24-year-old man dead. Spokespeople from the Harris County Sheriff’s Office said the accident was reported along Liberty Road in Houston, Texas.
Spokespeople from the Houston Police Department said an as-of-yet unidentified 24-year-old man was killed when the vehicle he was driving allegedly drove off the side of the roadway and crashed into a barrier alongside Liberty Road. Emergency responders pronounced the driver of the vehicle dead of their injuries at the scene of the accident.
According to Google Maps, the scene of the crash is on the northeast side of Houston.
Authorities are still trying to pin down the factors that may have contributed to the accident.
