On or about Wednesday, July 6th, 2022, around 3:30 in the afternoon, a serious single-vehicle dump truck accident left one person dead. Spokespeople from the Department of Public Safety said the accident was reported along Highway 138A in Cedar Park, Texas.
Representatives from the Texas DPS said one as-of-yet unidentified individual was killed when the dump truck they were driving allegedly veered off the side of the roadway and crashed along Highway 138A. Emergency responders pronounced one person dead of their injuries after the accident. Police did not mention any other vehicles or injuries in their statement on the accident.
According to Google Maps, the scene of the accident is near the exchange with Brush Creek Road.
