On or about Wednesday, April 13th, 2022, sometime in the evening hours, an accident between a dump truck and two passenger vehicles left one person dead. Deputies from the Bexar County Sheriff’s Office said the accident was reported along Interstate 10 near Huebner Road in San Antonio, Texas.
Officers from the San Antonio Police Department said one as-of-yet unidentified individual was killed when two passenger vehicles and a dump truck collided under unknown conditions. Emergency responders pronounced one person dead following the accident, but it is not immediately clear if they died at the scene or if they were taken to a nearby hospital where they succumbed to their injuries. Police did not specify which vehicle the victim was in at the time of the accident.
According to Google Maps, the exchange of Interstate 10 and Huebner Road is on the north side of San Antonio.
Officials are still examining what may have caused the accident.
