On or about Tuesday, February 15th, 2022, around 9:40 in the morning, an accident between a dump truck and a passenger vehicle left one individual dead. Investigators from the NJSP said the accident was reported along Bartley Road in Morris County, New Jersey.
Troopers from the New Jersey State Police said one as-of-yet unidentified individual was killed when a passenger vehicle and a dump truck collided under unspecified circumstances. Paramedics pronounced one person dead of their injuries at the scene, but officials did not specify which vehicle they were in at the time of the accident.
According to Google Maps, the scene of the accident is about 26 miles west of downtown Newark.
