On or about Tuesday, June 28th, 2022, around 5:00 in the morning, a major accident between two pickup trucks left one person dead and sent another individual to the hospital. Officials from the Department of Public Safety said the accident was reported along Old Granbury Road in Tarrant County, Texas.
Local law enforcement representatives said one as-of-yet unidentified individual was killed and another was injured when the pickup trucks they were driving collided under unspecified circumstances while driving down Old Granbury Road. Emergency responders pronounced the driver of the pickup truck dead of his injuries at the scene, while the driver of the other pickup truck was taken to the hospital to be treated for the injuries they sustained in the collision.
According to Google Maps, the scene of the accident is situated in the 12000 block of Old Granbury Road, on the south side of Tarrant County.
Police are still trying to pin down exactly what happened in the crash.
