On or about Sunday, January 16th, 2022, around 3:30 in the morning, a serious hit-and-run car accident left one person dead and sent another to the hospital. Officials from the Dallas County Sheriff’s Office said the accident was reported along Harry Hines Boulevard in Dallas, Texas.
Officers from the Dallas Police Department said one as-of-yet unidentified was killed and another was injured when a passenger vehicle crashed under unspecified circumstances along Harry Hines Boulevard. Emergency responders pronounced one individual dead, while a second individual was rushed to a nearby hospital with injuries of an unspecified nature or severity. After the initial accident, at least one of the drivers fled the scene of the incident.
According to Google Maps, Harry Hines Boulevard runs north and south into downtown Dallas.
