On or about Thursday, March 10th, 2022, around 12:30 in the morning, a serious accident with a tractor-trailer left one person dead and sent another individual to the hospital. Local law enforcement spokespeople said the accident was reported along Interstate 37 near Southton Road in Elmendorf, Texas.
Deputies from the Bexar County Sheriff’s Office said one as-of-yet unidentified individual was killed and another was injured when the vehicle they were in and a tractor-trailer collided under unspecified circumstances on I-37. Emergency responders pronounced one person in the car dead after the accident, while another person was taken to the hospital with life-threatening injuries stemming from the collision.
According to Google Maps, the scene of the accident is situated in the far southeast corner of Bexar County.
