On or about Wednesday, June 8th, 2022, around 12:45 in the afternoon, an accident between a tractor-trailer and a pickup truck left one person dead and sent another to the hospital. Troopers from the KSP said the accident was reported along Highway 54 in Kingman, Kansas.
Spokespeople from the Kansas Highway Patrol said one as-of-yet unidentified individual was killed and another person was injured when a tractor-trailer allegedly hit a pickup truck in an intersection on Highway 54. The driver of the pickup truck died at the scene, while the passenger was taken to the hospital with injuries of an unspecified nature or severity.
