On or about Monday, October 4th, 2021, around 7:30 in the morning, an accident between a tractor-trailer and a cargo van left one person dead and sent another person to the hospital. Investigators said the accident was reported at the intersection of Warrenton Road and Ashburn Lane in Stafford County, Virginia.
Police said one as-of-yet unidentified person was killed and another was injured when a cargo van allegedly drove over the center line of the road and struck a tractor-trailer head-on. Emergency responders pronounced the driver of the van dead a short time after the accident, while the driver of the tractor-trailer was taken to the hospital with unspecified injuries.
