On or about Tuesday, June 14th, 2022, around 4:00 in the morning, a serious accident with multiple tractor-trailers left one person dead and sent another to the hospital. Officials from the PSP said the accident was reported along Interstate 80 in Greene Township, Pennsylvania.
Authorities from the Pennsylvania State Police said one as-of-yet unidentified individual was killed and another was injured when five tractor-trailers collided in a chain-reaction accident along Interstate 80. Officials did not elaborate as to what may have started the chain-reaction. One person was pronounced dead at the scene, while another was rushed to the hospital by helicopter.
