On or about Saturday, June 25th, 2022, around 12:00 in the afternoon, an accident between a passenger vehicle and a motorcycle left one individual dead. Deputies from the Harris County Sheriff’s Office said the accident was reported along Almeda Genoa Road in Houston, Texas.
Representatives from the Texas Department of Public Safety said one as-of-yet unidentified individual was killed when the a passenger vehicle allegedly ran a red light and struck a motorcycle along Almeda Genoa Road. Paramedics pronounced the driver of the motorcycle dead of his injuries a short time after the accident.
According to Google Maps, the scene of the accident is in the 8300 block of Almeda Genoa Road.
Officials are still investigating the collision.
