Details:
On or about Saturday, December 4th, 2021, around 10:00 at night, a serious single-vehicle motorcycle accident left one individual dead. Local law enforcement officials said the accident was reported along Rose Road near Rose Royal in Montgomery County, Texas.
Deputies from the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office said one as-of-yet unidentified individual was killed when the motorcycle they were on allegedly drove off the side of the road and collided with a number of trees in a wooded patch a short distance off the pavement. Emergency responders pronounced the motorcyclist dead of his injuries a short time after the accident, but it is not clear if he died at the scene or after being rushed to a nearby hospital.
According to Google Maps, the scene of the accident is about 40 miles north of downtown Houston.
Officials are still examining the factors that may have contributed to the incident.
