On or about Saturday, April 16th, 2022, sometime around midnight, an accident between a motorcycle and a passenger vehicle left one individual dead. Representatives from the Department of Public Safety said the accident was reported in the 2200 block of South Texas Highway 6 in Houston, Texas.
Spokespeople from the Texas DPS said one as-of-yet unidentified individual was killed when the motorcycle they were on and a Nissan Pathfinder collided under unknown conditions. Emergency responders rushed the motorcyclist to a nearby hospital where he succumbed to his injuries a short time after they arrived.
According to Google Maps, the scene of the accident is on the west side of Houston.
Officials are still examining the cause of the crash.
