On or about Monday, December 20th, 2021, around 11:30 at night, an accident between an SUV and a motorcycle claimed the life of one person. Authorities from the HCSO said the accident was reported at the intersection of Louetta Road and Steubner Airline Road in Harris County, Texas.
Officers said one as-of-yet unidentified individual was killed when the motorcycle they were on was allegedly struck by an SUV that allegedly ran a red light while eastbound on Louetta Road. Emergency responders pronounced the motorcyclist dead at the scene from the injuries they sustained when they were thrown from the bike in the accident. The driver of the SUV was unhurt in the accident.
According to Google Maps, the intersection of Louetta Road and Stuebner Airline Road is situated on the northwest side of Houston.
Police are still investigating the accident.
