On or about Saturday, May 7th, 2022, around 10:00 at night, a serious accident between a motorcycle and a minivan left one individual dead. Representatives from the Harris County Sheriff’s Office said the accident was reported along the Will Clayton Parkway in Atascocita, Texas.
Officials from the Texas Department of Public Safety said one as-of-yet unidentified individual was killed when the motorcycle they were on and a minivan collided along Will Clayton Parkway. Officials believe the motorcycle may have run a red light in the moments before the collision. Emergency responders pronounced the driver of the motorcycle dead of their injuries at the scene of the collision.
According to Google Maps, the scene of the accident is at or near the intersection with June Forest.
Police are still working to pin down the cause of the collision.
