On or about Tuesday, November 30th, 2021, around 9:45 at night, an accident between a passenger vehicle and a motorcycle left one individual dead. Deputies from the Harris County Sheriff’s Department said the accident was reported along Highway 6 near the intersection with Barker Oaks Drive in Houston, Texas.
Officers from the Houston Police Department said one as-of-yet unidentified individual was killed when the motorcycle they were riding allegedly struck the side of a car that was turning along Highway 6. Emergency responders pronounced the motorcyclist dead after the accident, but it is not clear if they died at the scene or after being rushed to a nearby hospital.
According to Google Maps, the intersection of Highway 6 and Barker Oaks drive is on the west side of Houston.
Police are still investigating.
