One person was killed and one injured in a three vehicle collision on SH 121 in Grapevine, TX. Officers with the Grapevine Police Department report the accident occurred around 5:00 a.m. on Friday, March 21, 2025.

Authorities say the northbound driver collided with a guardrail, causing the vehicle to flip over a wall and into the southbound lanes. It was then struck by two vehicles, with one of the drivers receiving minor injuries.

The driver of the northbound sedan was pronounced dead at the scene. Local law enforcement states the investigation into the cause of the accident is ongoing.
