On or about Wednesday, November 10th, 2021, around 3:00 in the afternoon, an accident between a school bus and a motorcycle claimed the life of one individual. Troopers from the VSP said the accident was reported at the intersection of 23rd Street South and South Kenmore Street in Arlington County, Virginia.

Deputies from the Arlington County Sheriff’s Office said one as-of-yet unidentified individual was killed when the motorcycle they were on allegedly struck a school bus that was passing through the intersection of 23rd Street South and South Kenmore Street. Paramedics pronounced the motorcyclist dead of his injuries at the scene of the accident.

According to Google Maps, the scene of the accident is about 4 miles south of downtown Washington, DC.

Police are still investigating the accident.
