On or about Monday, July 4th, 2022, sometime in the early morning hours, a serious car accident left one individual dead. Spokespeople from the Department of Public Safety said the accident was reported along County Road 4191 in Smith County, Texas.
Representatives from the Texas DPS said one as-of-yet unidentified individual was killed when a passenger vehicle crashed under unspecified circumstances while driving down County Road 4191. Emergency responders pronounced one individual dead of their injuries a short time after they arrived at the scene of the accident.
According to Google Maps, the scene of the accident is not far from Lindale.
Authorities are still looking into the crash.
