On or about Wednesday, December 16th, 2020, around 6:06 in the evening, an accident between a tractor-trailer a car, and a van left a 79-year-old man dead. Deputies from the Sheriff’s Office said the accident happened along FM 3083 in Montgomery County, Texas.
Texas DPS said one as-of-yet unidentified 79-year-old man was killed when a Lincoln passenger vehicle allegedly collided with a tractor-trailer that had just turned onto FM 3083 from a private driveway. After the initial collision, the Lincoln rolled over a nearby Toyota van. The driver of the Lincoln was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the van was unhurt.

Representatives from Caney Creek Fire and the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office assisted Texas DPS at the scene of the accident. The area where the accident happened is about 32 miles north of downtown Houston.
Multiple agencies are still investigating.
