On or about Monday, November 1st, 2021, a serious accident between a passenger vehicle and a tractor-trailer left one woman dead. Deputies from the Sargent County Sheriff’s Department said the accident was reported along Highway 13 in Milnor, North Dakota.
Officers said one as-of-yet unidentified woman was killed when the Ford Fusion she was driving allegedly struck the back of a tractor-trailer that had slowed to make a turn off Highway 13. Paramedics rushed the woman to a nearby hospital where she succumbed to her injuries a short time after her arrival. The driver of the tractor-trailer was uninjured in the collision.
According to Google Maps, Milnor is about 203 miles southeast of Bismarck.
Police are still examining the cause of the crash.
