On or about Wednesday, June 29th, 2022, sometime in the evening hours, an accident between a motorcycle and a tractor-trailer left a 41-year-old man dead. Authorities from the Bexar County Sheriff’s Office said the accident was reported along Highway 16 in San Antonio, Texas.
Representatives from the San Antonio Police Department said one as-of-yet unidentified 41-year-old man was killed when the motorcycle he was on allegedly ran a red light and struck a tractor-trailer along Highway 16. Paramedics pronounced the motorcyclist dead of their injuries a short time after the accident.
According to Google Maps, the scene of the accident is at the intersection with Southwest Loop 410.
Police are still examining the cause of the accident.
