Details:
On or about Monday, February 28th, 2022, a serious accident between a passenger vehicle and a tractor-trailer left one woman dead. Representatives from the Department of Public Safety said the accident was reported along Highway 190 near San Saba, Texas.
Texas Department of Public Safety spokespeople said one as-of-yet unidentified woman was killed when the vehicle she was driving was allegedly struck by a tractor-trailer as the truck was attempting to turn into a private drive from Highway 190. Emergency responders pronounced the woman in the car dead of her injuries a short time after they responded to the scene of the accident.
According to Google Maps, the scene of the accident is a short distance west of San Saba.
Law enforcement officials are still investigating the crash.
