On or about Friday, January 15th, 2021, around 7:00 in the morning, an accident between a tractor-trailer and a car left one individual dead. Troopers from the SDHP said the accident happened at the intersection of Highway 20 and 450th Avenue in Lake Township, Minnesota.
Law enforcement spokespeople said one as-of-yet unidentified person was killed when an 18-wheeler and car collided under unknown circumstances. Police did not mention any injuries stemming from the crash in their preliminary statement.
Google Streetview, Highway 20 is two lanes that cut through a rural area near the scene of the accident. Police closed both lanes in order to tend to the scene of the accident.
