On or about Wednesday, December 1st, 2021, a major accident between a passenger vehicle and a tractor-trailer claimed the life of one individual. Troopers from the MSP said the accident was reported along Highway 25 in Rankin County, Mississippi.
Police officers said one as-of-yet unidentified individual was killed when a tractor-trailer and a passenger vehicle collided under unspecified circumstances while driving down Highway 25. Emergency responders pronounced one individual dead at the scene a short time after they responded to the call, but police did not indicate which vehicle they were in at the time of the collision.
According to Google Maps, the scene of the accident is about 20 miles east of downtown Jackson.
