On or about Tuesday, June 7th, 2022, around 9:05 in the morning, a serious accident with a tractor-trailer left one person dead. Officials from the SCHP said the accident was reported along Highway 27 in Berkeley County, South Carolina.
Troopers from the South Carolina Highway Patrol said one as-of-yet unidentified individual was killed when the vehicle they were in and a tractor-trailer collided under unspecified circumstances along Highway 27. Emergency responders pronounced the driver of the SUV dead of their injuries at the scene of the collision.
According to Google Maps, the scene of the accident is not far from Garden Court.
Police are still investigating.
