Details:
On or about Monday, March 22nd, 2021, an accident between an SUV and a tractor-trailer left a woman dead. Troopers from the CSP said the accident was reported at the intersection of U.S. Highway 50 and State Highway 47 in Pueblo, Colorado.
Police said one as-of-yet unidentified woman was killed when the white SUV she was driving and a tractor-trailer collided under unspecified conditions. Emergency responders pronounced the woman in the SUV dead of her injuries at the scene of the accident. Officers did not mention any other injuries in their statement.
State Police closed down the roadway for several hours in order to investigate the incident. All lanes were clear by 11:00 in the morning.
Police expect to release the findings of their investigation as soon as they become available.
