On or about Monday, June 21st, 2021, around 12:40 in the afternoon, an accident between a tractor-trailer and a pickup truck left one woman dead. Troopers from the WSP said the accident was reported at the intersection of Highway 67 and Road MM in Ashippun, Wisconsin.
Police officers said an as-of-yet unidentified 45-year-old woman was killed when her heavy-duty pickup truck and a tractor-trailer collided under unspecified circumstances at the intersection of Road MM and Highway 67. Emergency responders pronounced the woman dead of her injuries at the scene of the accident. Two people in the tractor-trailer were unhurt in the accident.
According to Google Maps, Highway 67 runs north and south through the center of Ashippun, which is located about 42 miles northwest of downtown Milwaukee.
Police expect to release the findings of their investigation at a later date.
