On or about Tuesday, March 22nd, 2022, around 4:44 in the morning, a serious accident between a van and a tractor-trailer left one person dead. Spokespeople from the CHP said the accident was reported along Highway 99 in Bakersfield, California.
Troopers from the California Highway Patrol said one as-of-yet unidentified individual was killed when the van they were in was allegedly struck by a tractor-trailer along Highway 99. Emergency responders pronounced one person in the van dead of their injuries a short time after the accident.
