On or about Wednesday, November 10th, 2021, around 4:56 in the morning, a major accident between a tractor-trailer and a car left one individual dead. Authorities from the MSHP said the accident was reported along Highway Z in Ste. Genevieve County, Missouri.
Deputies from the Ste. Genevieve County Sheriff’s Department said one as-of-yet unidentified individual was killed when the car they were in and a tractor-trailer collided under unspecified circumstances while driving down Highway Z near Highway 61. Paramedics pronounced one person dead after the accident, but police did not indicate which vehicle the victim was in at the time of the collision.
According to Google Maps, Ste. Genevieve County is located about 294 miles west of downtown Kansas City.
