On or about Thursday, October 8th, 2020, around 11:00 in the morning, a tractor-trailer collided with a car, claiming the life of one person. The accident happened on Highway 17 near the intersection with Doar Road in Awendaw, South Carolina.
Law enforcement spokespeople said that one person died when the car they were in and a tractor-trailer collided under unspecified conditions near the intersection.
