On or about Sunday, February 27th, 2022, sometime in the afternoon hours, an accident between a tractor-trailer and a passenger vehicle left one woman dead. Authorities from the Department of Public Safety said the accident was reported along Interstate 10 just outside Fabens, Texas.
Representatives from the Texas DPS said one as-of-yet unidentified individual was killed when the vehicle she was in allegedly struck the back of a tractor-trailer as she was in allegedly struck the back of a tractor-trailer as she was driving down Interstate 10. Emergency responders pronounced the woman dead of her injuries a short time after the collision.
According to Google Maps, the scene of the accident is a short distance from Fabens, which is roughly 32 miles southeast of El Paso.
