On or about Wednesday, September 29th, 2021, around 10:25 in the morning, a major tractor-trailer accident left at least one person dead. Troopers from the FHP said the accident was reported along the eastbound side of Interstate 10 in Jefferson County, Florida.
Police said one as-of-yet unidentified individual was killed when a tractor-trailer crashed under unspecified conditions along eastbound Interstate 10. Paramedics pronounced one person dead a short time after the accident. Police did not indicate if there were any other vehicles involved in the accident.
According to Google Maps, Interstate 10 runs east and west through Jefferson County, which is about 24 miles east of Tallahassee.
