Details:
On or about Friday, March 25th, 2022, around 2:53 in the morning, a serious accident between a passenger vehicle and a tractor-trailer left one individual dead. Representatives from the CHP said the accident was reported along Interstate 15 in Fontana, California.
Spokespeople from the California Highway Patrol said one as-of-yet unidentified individual was killed when the vehicle they were in allegedly collided with a tractor-trailer that was parked on the southbound side of Interstate 15. Paramedics pronounced one person the vehicle dead of their injuries a short time after the accident.
According to Google Maps, the scene of the accident is a short distance from Duncan Canyon Road.
Police are still investigating the crash.
