On or about Thursday, June 30th, 2022, around 5:10 in the morning, a major single-vehicle tractor-trailer accident left one individual dead. Officials from the ASP said the accident was reported along Interstate 440 in North Little Rock, Arkansas.
Representatives from the Arkansas State Police said one as-of-yet unidentified individual was killed when the tractor-trailer he was driving allegedly veered off the side of Interstate 440 and crashed into a barrier a short distance off the pavement. Paramedics pronounced the driver of the tractor-trailer dead of his injuries a short time after they responded to the crash.
According to Google Maps, the scene of the accident is not far from Exit 40.
