On or about Tuesday, June 14th, 2022, around 12:47 in the morning, an accident between a tractor-trailer and a pedestrian left one individual dead. Officials from the area said the accident was reported along Interstate 45 in Dallas, Texas.
Officers from the area said one as-of-yet unidentified individual was killed when they were allegedly hit by a tractor-trailer as they were walking alongside or made an attempt to cross the lanes of Interstate 45. Emergency responders pronounced the pedestrian dead of their injuries a short time after they responded to the accident.
According to Google Maps, the scene of the accident is near Simpson Stuart Road.
Authorities are still looking into the accident.
