Details:
On or about Monday, April 25th, 2022, around 1:00 in the morning, a major tractor-trailer accident with a disabled car left one individual dead. Representatives from the Dallas County Sheriff’s Department said the accident was reported along Interstate 635 (LBJ Freeway in Dallas, Texas.
Officers from the Dallas Police Department said one as-of-yet unidentified individual was killed when a tractor-trailer allegedly slammed into a vehicle that had become disabled after a previous, single-vehicle car accident. Emergency responders pronounced one person in the disabled vehicle dead of their injuries a short time after they responded to the accident.
According to Google Maps, the scene of the accident is a short distance from the exchange with Plano Road.
Police are still investigating what may have contributed to the accident.
