On or about Monday, April 18th, 2022, sometime in the early morning hours, an accident between multiple tractor-trailers and passenger vehicles left one person dead. Troopers from the MSP said the accident was reported along Interstate 81 just outside Hagerstown, Maryland.
Investigators from the Maryland State Police said one as-of-yet unidentified individual was killed when multiple tractor-trailers and a passenger vehicle left at least one person dead. Emergency responders pronounced one person dead after the accident, but officials did not specify which vehicle the victim was in at the time of the accident.
According to Google Maps, Interstate 81 winds north and south through Hagerstown.
Police are still investigating the incident.
