On or about Monday, January 24th, 2022, around 1:30 in the morning, an accident between a tractor-trailer and an SUV left a 79-year-old woman dead. Officials said the accident was reported along the eastbound side of Interstate 90 just outside Hardin, Montana.

Representatives from the Montana Highway Patrol said one as-of-yet unidentified 79-year-old woman was killed when a tractor-trialer allegedly struck the SUV she was in after a rollover accident. Emergency responders pronounced the 79-year-old woman dead of her injuries after the accident. Officials did not mention any other injuries stemming from the accidnet.

According to Google Maps, Interstate 90 cuts east and west through Hardin, which is about 265 miles southeast of Great Falls.
